Family Orientation RSVP

Parents and guardians attending our in-person Family Orientation must RSVP to the following events. Please complete one form per family unit by August 11th.
All sessions are free of charge.

The above named person REQUESTS access the AUR campus and confirms that he/she has read and understood the PRIVACY POLICY regarding the processing of his/her personal data, provided in accordance with Art. 13 of the Privacy Act, and Art. 13 of the EU Regulation n. 679/2016.

I, the above named person, PROVIDE voluntary, knowing, informed and express CONSENT to the processing of all personal data supplied and collected (including using computerized/online and/or automated means) for the following purposes:

a) to access the AUR campus.
b) permit video-surveillance for reasons of public safety and crime prevention.

Print/publishing of any images/videos/audio shot or recorded over the course of any event or activity on campus during my visit or social-media posting/publishing/dissemination (including on University websites and social-media accounts).

I understand that, failing to consent to the above -1 a/b) and -1 d) will make it impossible for me to access the AUR campus.
